the TNT comes with a MCD (i think thats what its called) not an ICD
it keeps the opengl32.dll file in win\sys which is called a "Client DLL" then there is a vprogl.dll (diammond Viper V550) or nv4ogl.dll (detonator) or similar that is the ICD and somehow they do something to be used instead of the software, now to actually answer your question, i might know in a while when i bother to get around to finishing the opengl programming book i started.
